Why Lean for Financials – Green belt?

After this course you will be an important director of continuous improvement within, but also outside of the Finance sector. The Lean philosophy will no longer have secrets for you. You will possess the techniques for understanding and solving problems concerning progress. You will also own the abilities to lead improvement- and change processes in an inspirational way.

What can you expect?

You can expect a dynamic and energetic course that combines practical examples with theoretical models and definitions. Every training will give you new insights and tools that will help you to instantly improve by bringing in your own case. You will get to know the different perspectives and instruments of Lean. Prior to every training you will study the Lean theory and you will develop the competencies to apply the methods and techniques by yourself.

Goal

To understand how to create an environment of continuous improvement. Knowing how to do a root-cause analysis. Becoming familiar with A3 thinking, facilitating workshops and KATA-coaching.

Result

You will become a strong leader of the mind- and a toolset that will allow you able to choose the right means and interventions. You will also become capable of inspiring individuals to solve problems.

The first three days of the Green belt course will be about the Yellow belt course (including the exam). After that, we will expand the knowledge and skills with applying the principles and methods of Lean.
